Honor 6 Plus won't boot to recovery or charge

I have an Honor 6 Plus (PE-TL10 32GB) that won't charge or boot to recovery. I can't access any stock or custom recovery, only fastboot. I have tried to manually flash firmware using fastboot (boot,cust,recovery,system.img etc) and have even put the full update.app in the dload folder on the sd card from which the above image files belong to. When I try to do a forced update using volume up, down and power, the device shows the Honor screen then shuts down and then the LED flashes red and green. I've been trying for a month and help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
