Hudl help please

I have a Hudl 2 and have just put in a new battery. Since then every time I switch it on it goes to the reboot screen not directly to the proper start up screen. I have tried factory resets twice but it is still happening. It isn't a problem for me to get to the start up screen but it is annoying especially as my husband uses it and he can't deal with the reboot

Couple of suggestions.

1. Are you sure you haven't jammed the contact with the power button when you put the case back on after replacing the battery?

2. What firmware is it running? I.E. have you upgraded to Lollipop?

Could you please tell me were you obtained the new battery for your Hudl 2

I have tried for some time to find a supplier of new batteries with out any success.
