I changed the passcode to a new one yesterday to avoid others using my phone. Currently, my kids and wife both know the old password. Unfortunately,  I can't remember the new password for now. and being locked out of my G5. How could i regain access my phone?

After too many failed unlock attempts it will lock you out for 30 seconds, but after that if you get it wrong one more time you have the option to unlock it w/ your google account password.  Or factory reset your Android phone.

It is simple. To disable a password you created simply:

1. press the "Settings" icon
2. Press "Location & security"
3. Scroll down to "Set Password"
4. Enter the current password
5. Leave the New Password and Confirm new password fields blank
6. Press "Ok"

The blocking pattern as a way allows us to enter the wrong drawing for five times and the sixth is blocked. If we return to try we get a message that we have to wait 30 seconds. If you still did not get a divine inspiration, we will have to admit that we have forgotten. To do this, click on "Forgot pattern?". Once you do leave us a screen where we enter our data Gmail account. You're allowed to unlock your device using your Google account credentials.

1) After 5 incorrectly drawn patterns the screen will be lock.

2) At the bottom of the lock screen you can click on "Forgot pattern?"

3) Enter your Google account Username and Password. (assume you've signed Google account)

4) Click “Sign In”.

5) It allow you to Draw a NEW unlock pattern.
