whats app data should store in external memory in Samsung s7

Dear I am using Samsung S7 with 128 gb SD card inserted.But unfortunately I am unable to use my external memory for whats app incoming picture,videos and which i have use to send it also saved in the internal memory. This issue hurts me a lot because then there is no use of SD card if we can not use it for whats app data.

Note:Please Is there any other way because I dont want to use adoptable storage option as you mention in your older articles.

There is huge storage of your phone. Check the setting parts that if is anywhere disable option, you must be enable soon.
