my vodafone won't turn on please help

hi every one, i'm not good in ENGLISH but i will try 

i have Vodafone smart speed 6 and i trying to install new recovery, and when reboot phone it's stuck on logo screen "powered by android" and restart again every time

so i ask you to help me to solve this problem
