advent vega bricked?

sorry for any mistakes but been searching all day and cant find answers, I have deleted all content from my vega but now i cant get it to go into recovery mode i must have tried 100's of times but all i get is back light as soon as i press power button, when i plug it into computer it beeps and says its failed to install ive tried every usb driver i can find and still the same can anybody help?

 i'm running win 10 64bit! windows gives error 10 thanks
