Hudl 2 unable to start up

Recently performed factory reset on Hudl 2 - now stuck in loop with flashing star

Can get into Fastboot mode but comes up with pic below

Can move between Normal Boot /Power Off /Recovery Mode /Restart Boodloader

using volume+ but selecting power button makes no difference? Help

Not very tech savvy but have managed to get this far with a lot of googling!
