How long have you had your SPV? It could just be the plastics "wearing in" - I seem to remember my power-button creaking a lot at first but it's ok now.

OT: Please use a bit of punctuation in your posts; they're a nightmare to read as they stand.

ive had the spv around 2 months

Hmm. Well, as long as nothing's actually loose I suppose there's nothing to worry about. If it annoys you that much you could return the phone to Orange. There's little that's consistent about the SPV's quality....

My second SPV did this - and that's the one I had to have replaced because of the sand dune's worth of dust that gathered under the screen.

Perhaps that means it's one which hasn't been sealed properly. My first SPV - which only lasted a week - and my third (so far) didn't/haven't have the squeaky creaky problem.

I certainly don't think it's normal. Try getting it replaced if it bothers you.

Not had any troubles with mine either really, had it since early December. Get a little creaking at the top on the opposite side of the 'on' switch, but that's about it.
