More Categories to put your contacts in...

Does anyone know if it's possible to add categories onto the Category section of contacts on the SPV?

I'm sure I can't be the only person who is frustrated to only find Business, Miscellaneous & Personal available.

Think if you make them in Outlook they get created on the phone. No direct way to create them on the phone.

Problem I've got is neither Outlook or Outlook express seem to work in XP. Both freeze & sometimes crash the PC.

I've tried a number of different versions & not one works.

Any other ideas?

Format and reload?

I'm using OL2k for email and OLE6 for newsgroups on XP Pro SP1 with no problems.

As for creating extra categories i have never had need to sorry :)

You can use Outlook Contacts Companion to actualy have folders in contacts (like on PC). I tried a beta and it was not too user friendly, so badword it off.. hehe But here it is if you are interested: www.niftysoft.co.uk
