Guest ioy Posted September 23, 2018 Report Posted September 23, 2018 As we know, Hi10plus suffers from SD card reader malfunction. And this dual boot anvironment desperatelly needs some common data space (available both: from Android and from MSwin)! Ideas to stick some micro pendrive for constant use is cumbersome (projecting pendrive is very prone to mechanical damage). Thus, I would like to propose very 'simple' solution: enabling (somehow) MSwin partition r/w access from Android!Win's partition is half empty, there is still over 20GB space for data! But how to do it? Win's partition is visible from apk like StorageSpace or DiskInfo as /dev/block/mmcblk0p14 However if you try to mount it in typical Linux way:sumkdir /data/aaamount /dev/block/mmcblk0p14 /data/aaa it produces an error message:root@cw_vi10plus_eu:/ # ls /dev/block/mmcblk0/dev/block/mmcblk0root@cw_vi10plus_eu:/ # mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p14 /data/aaaUsage: mount [-r] [-w] [-o options] [-t type] device directory1|root@cw_vi10plus_eu:/
Guest ioy Posted September 23, 2018 Report Posted September 23, 2018 Probabely an error is caused (partially) by the lack of NTFS support in kernel. So, has anyone any source of the kernel (REMIX, LP)? HELIUM, LOCKED bootloader, [ROM][uNOFFICIAL][7.1.2][HYDROGEN/HELIUM]LineageOS 14.1 by nijel8
