I don't particularly mind that the update is not out yet, but wouldn't it make more sense for Orange to be straight up about everything.

A little message on their today site to the effect of:

Uk update released xx:xx XX/XX/2003

would be really appreciated so we don't have to persistantly check the site.

not hard and a lot of time would be saved :?

I agree, I've signed up for the SPV Update news page on the personal news section and it's as blank as blank.

Always good when a mobile phone company fails to communicate properly with it's customers.

But that is what defines a communications company - the inability to communicate!
