Guest JampoTT Posted February 24, 2003 Report Posted February 24, 2003 Hmmm Managed to split the casing between the "0" and "*" keys - presumably whilst I dropped it cheering on my boys (England vs Wales) in the stadium on Saturday..... :) So... is there anyway I can replace the cover myself or any aftermarket covers available yet? The dark grey part of the phone is fine its only the front that is damaged ;) Apart from that, enjoying the phone. Looking forward to the update!
Guest yatpeak Posted February 24, 2003 Report Posted February 24, 2003 I think that you'll have to get a replacement handset. Too bad, hope they replace it but it might need a few more things wrong with it. Anything else that's wrong with it that you haven't bothered reporting. *Not suggesting fraud, just if there was anything so simple that you didn't bother reporting it.* Good luck, Wyatt
Guest mike-oh Posted February 24, 2003 Report Posted February 24, 2003 hmmmm, fraud eh?! Umm.... the buttons click too loud when you press them perhaps, or maybe you don't like the green back light to the keypad :)
Guest smokedog Posted February 24, 2003 Report Posted February 24, 2003 Can't you just get replacement parts? When I had my Nokia I just called up Nokia's parts department.
Guest yatpeak Posted February 24, 2003 Report Posted February 24, 2003 I don't think that you can, and I also think that taking the cover off voids the warranty. Wyatt
Guest woof Posted February 24, 2003 Report Posted February 24, 2003 I might have a spare front around. I know Ive got a spare set of internals and back, but I aint got a clue where I put the front, i will try and dig i out for you
Guest yatpeak Posted February 25, 2003 Report Posted February 25, 2003 May I ask why you have spare spare SPV parts?!? Thanks, Wyatt
