unlock spv after update

I asked around earlier and was told to do the update first then try and unlock.

So I thought that this seemed sensible.

However I cannot seem to make sense of the unlock article as sections of the xml seem to be missing. Was the security section in both files previously as it is only in mxip_oem_10.provxml now.

this should really be posted in the main section, and if you look there (do a search) then you should find that the same procedure is supposed to work, just by editing that one file you found.
