After installing update can you go back?... + my two cents..

I haven't installed the update yet cos I am an ME user. But once I do will a hard reset put my phone back to pre-update state? I ask because will the update allow you to unlock your phone for app updates?

Im afraid this phone is a little disappointing. I got mine before xmas and it seemed only half complete. They put it on the shelves with such simple problems like text messages that show the number not the name. etc..

Why wasnt simple software like the picture viewer and sound manager included when you buy it? Like selling a car with no tyres.

The phone has such potential but I think Microsoft are already not interested in it.

Looks like everyone has been used as Guinea Pigs.

Suppose thats the price u pay for getting the newest thing out. If I knew I would have all these problems and annoyances I would have waited for the P800 or whatever its called (u know the Sony job).

And if I cant unlock the phone after the update I will have to dump my spv and get a proper 3G phone.
