Guest Chic0 Posted February 25, 2003 Report Posted February 25, 2003 When using the handest as a modem for PC, do you pay call charges or do the usual GPRS charges applied?
Guest spacemonkey Posted February 25, 2003 Report Posted February 25, 2003 When it is connected and running is there a little G on top of the signal strength bars or a thing that looks like a telephone handset? If it's a G you are using GPRS and GPRS pricing will apply. If it's a telephone handset then you are dialing a number and call charges will apply.
Guest Chic0 Posted February 25, 2003 Report Posted February 25, 2003 When its running the little G does not appear but instead i get two arrows pointing in opposite directions. I have set up the GPRS connection on my PC using the guide that was posted on this forum a few weeks ago. The dialup number being used from PC is *99#. What you reckon?
