Ok... where ya stick em? ( directory ) and... what dimensions they supposed to be? oh... lastly, what the format? .bmp , .jpg?

You stick the image in IPSMApplication DataHome

(I suggest you put them in there)

image size should be: 176 x 180

Format can be bmp, but I suggest jpg. reduce the size as much as you can... (mine are all about 8kb)
