Guest lycrawearer Posted February 26, 2003 Report Posted February 26, 2003 Applied the UK update & de-certified my phone last night ! The one app which I guess is missing is a freeware GPRS counter type of program. Anyone know of one ? The Smartexplorer is one hell of a program, and there's some pretty amazing stuff in the pipeline ... so keep up the good work guys ! lycrawearer

I guess it's not very trendy to ask for freeware here on modaco (it is somehow implied that you want to pay for 200 utilities for your smartphone), but maybe the GPRS utility is a bit harder to find. I have not been able to find one free, only trial version ones.

WM5 really should come with this built in. I don't mind paying for a few utilities that work well though; the amount I've spent on software so far is peanuts compared to the price of the phone + GPRS data.
