de-certed after UK update and now I cant send SMS

my spv crashed while upgrading so I had to redo the de-cert

being lazy I used my original .xml fileS (before I saw that the update has new ones)

now I get no response from doing new->message in pocket outlook

it just sits there and looks at me .. while I get upset

I'm sure that I could start again, but it took me all day to reconfigure the phone yesterday.

Several hard-resets later and starting again with the XML files, I can now send SMS

Conclusion:

don't reuse your old XML files.
