I've just bought the SPV for £100 from The Link, however since buying it i've seen a few places that are offering for it free. When i get the phone i was told that i could change the talk plan to the lowest one after the first time, however the places i've seen offering the phone for free have said that you can't lower tha talk plan. What would you recommend? Is there anywhere out there that offer the phone for free with the lowest talk plan? Or should i stick with the 1 ive got and go on to talk 30 next month?

Cheers.

I've seen some places that offer it for free tie you ino a contract for 3 or 4 months, so maybe cos you paid for it you get to change straight away.

I spoke to a salesman in The Orange Shop who have the SPV for £99.99. This at Yourplan 120 of above. He recommended I connect at the higher tariff to get the phone and then drop down to a lower tariff the following month. I explained I was after the phone at Yourplan 30 and once again he said connect at the higher tariff and then drop down to the tariff I want to be on.

a) SPV at £99.99 + £25 + 3x £15 + 4 x£6 = £193

:D SPV Free + 4 x £25 + 4 x£6 = £124

So with a FREE phone at the higher tariff for 120 daysm it is cheaper than buying and then downgrading the tariff.

Have I understood this correct?
