I have exactly the same problem - i thought it was just me being silly. My dialups dont work anymore, not even the Orange GPRS one. Im gonna go to the orange shop & get an explanation.

did this happen after attempting to deactivate app signing? or stright after the update???

orange havn't dont seem to have a clue..

Mine gone to... Check all DNS settings and compared everthing with my son's SPV which works fine.. Now set the same and still won't work... Even Hard reset will not fix it. I'm on hold for 156 at the moment for the last 20Mins

30 Min wait with Orange and all the could do is check the setting which were ok. Nice guy BUT no fix. I suggested re downloading update and see what happens to whci he said why not... Could go worse... We have had nothing but trouble with these phone... He then continued with if that fails call 156 again and see if you can get a replacement handset ! i have had 2 already !!

hey,

i had the same problem, after installing the update my grps doenst work anymore. the solution is: just go to mail options, email setup and click through your existing settings ... after that it worked !!!!

Nope... Email fix not worked... I have been back to Orange and they went though everything again.. (But were not very good at doing it !!.. I led the way), and no luck. I enquired on what next to which the lad said It now with the Technical Support Team... I said I thought you were TS... He said he was 1st stage TS... must be a screaning for the real TS. he then said they will take up to 7 days to get back !!!. Last call to TS said I could swap out phone.. This guy denied i had even called in the PAt !!!!.. Still no GPRS sinece update !... and seems nobody can help !!!
