i know something similar has been posted -But it didnt really answer the prob i have, seems that the SPV wnot recognise any names when a txt comes in only the number. I read the post instructing to put +44 in front of each number instead of th "0". But once i had saved all my contacts to my SPV it seems that i cant delete the contacts from the sim card , then it reads the number off the sim when a txt comes in and displays the "0" once more :) , is there a ways to get my names on my txts - without having a double phonebook ...cos at the mo i have a double phonebook with no named txts! ..

Go to ProgramsSim manager on your phone and you wil be able to delete edit etc

the numbers on your sim card.

Also in Telephony/Call options there is a 'Filter SIM entries' option - I am not sure how exactly that works and it is ticked on my phone, but that may have something to do with this.. More likely it just _does not show_ double entries in phone book though...
