Problem after de-certifying phone, need help please

I decertified my Spv earlier and have been trying to put settings and applications back on now but have an annoying problem with it.

When i try go through the settings and add a phone lock pin it keeps exiting back to the home screen where it then briefly searches for the network again then says its on Orange.

Has anyone else had this problem or know what is causing it?

but as you say it shows Orange after searching for a network, sounds

like the decert process has not fully worked ;)

Try giving it another go.
