look at back of the cradle you'll see a socket for the charger (without adapter i.e. round connection) to plug into.

Another one is forgetting to remove the protective cover on the camera lens.

Surprising how many people have not noticed that.

Why do you have to remove the protective cover on the camera? Better picture quality?

youve got to make sure that you have killed that proccess using task manager before!

i didnt as i missed out that step not realising it was there!

i spent ages pulling my hair out trying to think why it wouldnt work!

Hardly a cover, more of a protective film. And yes, I did forget to take mine off for a week :) AND I made the mistake Gorskar mentioned and went round thinking "the sound on this thing is s**t" for two days. Then I discovered the volume control. Ahem. :oops:
