unable to hard reset since update

Hi all

Can anyone help with how to do a hard reset.

I had no problem doing this till the update, now when i get to the boot up stage holding down the record key, i don't get the choice anymore to "Press action button to enter diag mod" it seems to have disapeared :cry: .

Any help apreciated.
