skin not displaying

I have been creating my own skins, but during development, when i put the skin on the phone and select it, it does not display, yet sometimes it will, and others will display.

i am trying to create a skin with the shortcuts like those used in the Orange skins.

i have used the smarthphone emulator, but this wont display the shortcut icons.

has anyone any solutions/suggestions on rectifying this problem ?

i don't quite understand this m8, do you mean after changes and resaving to the SPV sometimes it does not show in the Homepage list?

Maybe you could post your XML here and we'll have a look.

the skin appears in the list of available skins, but does not appear when selected ....

To start with get rid of the '-' (dash) in front of etc...

thanks for the reply ..... those dashes '-' only appear because i copied the code from IE. they arent actually in the source code.
