Orange DK's take on SPVx

Just got Orange DK's SPV first newsletter - not a bad effort, shows willing. In it they mention the SPVx:

....and here's the translation:

A success like the SPV can't be allowed to stand alone, so Orange will be launching a new SPV later this year. This new SPV has received the working title of "SPVx". The new SPVx will have the same technical specs as the existing SPV, and will make use of the same software. The new SPVx will thus differ from the existing SPV only in the areas of shape and design.

We don't yet know when the SPVx will be launched in Denmark, nor how much it will cost.

Hmm. "Same technical specs"? What about the screen improvements? They saying our Paul's misinformed?

Seriously though, for the end user the specs are pretty much the same. It's only us gadget freaks that care about these things! :)

They may even start to use the improved display in the SPV. If it's the same form-factor as the original, I don't see why not. Depends on the cost though...if 2000 SPVx screens were cheaper than 1000 SPV and 1000 SPVx screens, then they certainly would make the switch for new production runs.
