Usenet groups?

Can anyone tell me the usenet groups for Smartphones from Microsoft?

I am sure I saw them somewhere around here and now can't find them.

Those are the full internet addresses. You've obviously not used newsgroups before ;-)

They are a seperate thing, like e-mail is to webpages and you need a newsgroup reader to read them in the same way you need an e-mail client AND a web browser. Outlook Express is a joint e-mail/newsgroup reader. Outlook 2000, however isn't (never could work out why).

However, it is possible to view them over the web, providing someone has written a web site to display news postings (in much the same way as Hotmail is a web site on top of an e-mail client). However it's not as easy to use over the web (it doesn't remember which postings you've read like this forum and other niggles)
