I am fine till I get to the part where I have to copy the files across and I just cannot seem to copy them across or edit them . I live near Manchester and would be willing to pay someone to do it for me . Thanks in anticipation.

My tip: have a good search and read as many threads on decertifying help as you can (there are plenty) for tips.
