PCN Network and Date/Time Settings

Hope it is not a repeated topic, but wanted to share what seems like a bug in the SPV. I took it for the first time to the US, and although I had no problem to access the network over there - after manually changing the band to PCN, I could not change the Date and Time Settings - always got an error message.

After a lot of trial and error, it finally worked, but only after I changed the Regional Settings to US (English)!. After that, Date and Time Settings were fully accessible again.
