Guest WebSeed Posted March 8, 2003 Report Posted March 8, 2003 Whenever I've recently tried to install anything on my SPV I get the message - "Info - Installation Failed. The Program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have the adequate security permissions. Please contact your service provider for more information." ...this happens with all applications (signed and unsigned). My phone is currently updated without decertification. I have loads of memory left...both on my phone and in my storage card (128mb) so this isn't the problem, activesync copies the *.cab file across to the phone ok. [please help - I want to play slurp again!] Thx in advance, Will.
Guest Firaas Posted March 8, 2003 Report Posted March 8, 2003 Sounds like something went wrong with the update... Try doing a hard reset, and then carrying out the decert again.
