CodeWallet Pro Pocket PC Sync Pack HELP

Hi all,

I purchased the CodeWallet Pro Pocket PC Sync Pack for my SPV the other day but having problems installing it.

The desktop version installs perfectly, but when I go to install the phone version, the add remove programs comes up, it transfers to the CAB file to the phone, the phone screen says:

INFO: CodeWallet.CAB has been down loaded to your phone. [or something similar to that]

Then the program tries to install, the little busy icon swings round and round, then another INFO screens comes up:

INFO: CodeWallet.CAB failed to install on your device.

Any body know what could be going wrong here?

I did have the demo version on my phone before I installed the purchased version, I didn't delete the demo version, thinking that the pro version would overwrite it keeping the info I'd already entered.

I've tried to contact Handango customer support, but Haven’t heard anything back from them. I've done numerous Hard Resets etc, but always get the same result.

Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Maby i miss something, but why would you purchase a Pocket PC version when there is a smartphone version out ?

I have purchased the wrong version, lets hope the nice people at Handango will exchange it for the SPV version......

I was afraid so.

When i were in dirrect contact with the people behind codewallet, they gave me a GREAT service. If you get problems, i think you should contact them dirrectly.
