Multimedia Card Not Recognised

I have 2 Multimedia cards a 32Mb Integral & a 64Mb SanDisk, both work in my Palm M505 & in my USB PC card reader but only the Integral 32Mb is recognised by my SPV.

The phone has the latest UK update, is unlocked (network & apps) & I have reformated the 64Mb card so it's the same as the 32Mb (FAT not FAT32), & cleaned the contacts, but still no luck, anyone got any clues as could do with the extra space for MP3's !

This problem has been dicussed before and no one

has a definate reason for why this happens. :)

For some reason certain multimedia cards just will not work and

the only suggestion I can give you at the moment is it's best to

leave the non-working card with the Palm and get hold of an SD card

for the phone as far as I know no real problems have been reported with SD cards.
