home numbers to mobile numbers

When I transfered all of my numbers from my sim card to my phone they all transfered as home numbers, this means that i cannot send a text to these people as they do not appear in the contacts list when adding them to the text.

is there any way that I can change these on mass, or do i have to change them one by one?

Someone else must have had this issue before, but i could not find it on this forum - so sorry is this is a repeat post!!

Please help, this is really doing my head in!

You will have to do them one by one ;) but

if you use Outlook to do the changes it will be much quicker.

Then use activsync to change the contacts on the phone :lol:

Or pay Paul to make a "Contact Reformatter PE" for you (PE stands for Personal Edition) hehe :lol:

will jjst have to do em all individually, gonna take me ages,but i have been looking for an excuse not to revise for my finals!!! (not sure if i will get mitegating circumstances when i bugger up the exams though!!!
