Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted April 14, 2003 Report Posted April 14, 2003 Just for anyone that has an interest and hasn't looked on the msdn site recently, the mobile SDK's have now been combined with the embedded visual toold suite available for free from the MS website. Its only a 205meg dl now, instead of the previous 350meg evt and 45meg sdk, just installed it on my machine here and it's all intact. Download here: msdn.microsoft.com
Guest Emad Posted April 14, 2003 Report Posted April 14, 2003 I wonder what they removed? Maybe they just did a retail build instead of a debug one  Any changes to make it worth dling if you've already got it?
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted April 14, 2003 Report Posted April 14, 2003 Not that i can see. Although to date i havent used it for much more than remote reg/ss/process viewing...

Guest spacemonkey Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 "]Correct, since it is rumoured SP2002 will be based on WinCE 4... P You mean 2003?
Guest ClintEastman Posted April 28, 2003 Report Posted April 28, 2003 Ozone includes the compact .NET framework which should (speed up development/slow down the running) of applications quite nicely. ;)
Guest Soyale Posted April 29, 2003 Report Posted April 29, 2003 The Palm Size PC, Pocket PC and Handheld PC SDKs have been removed from EVT 2002. That would certainly reduce the size of the download. jp
