eMbedded Visual Tools v3.0 - 2002 Edition

Just for anyone that has an interest and hasn't looked on the msdn site recently, the mobile SDK's have now been combined with the embedded visual toold suite available for free from the MS website.

Its only a 205meg dl now, instead of the previous 350meg evt and 45meg sdk, just installed it on my machine here and it's all intact.

Not that i can see.

Although to date i havent used it for much more than remote reg/ss/process viewing...

SP2 allows eVC4 users to target Windows CE .Net 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 devices. Must be installed on top of existing eVC4 installations.

Correct, since it is rumoured SP2003 will be based on WinCE 4...

Ozone includes the compact .NET framework which should (speed up development/slow down the running) of applications quite nicely. ;)

The Palm Size PC, Pocket PC and Handheld PC SDKs have been removed from EVT 2002. That would certainly reduce the size of the download.
