02 uk payand go gprs and dial up wap settings for spv

have searched all over the forum and cant find any relevant posts, someone out there must have got this all working on 02 please post numbers and instructions of how to do it please?

have looked o2 site and found the numbers and stuff but dont know where to enter them and so on.

any help would be grateful
