I'm very happy with it..the card reader/writer is handy for fast writing to the card.

So what this works in the SPV ?

And does the SPV recognise the full 256MB ?

I can't afford the 256 but the 128mb is a very reasonable price.

What does the puch and software actually do ?

You can plug your SD card into the Cruzer and plug it directly into your pc's USB, so you have a USB memory stick, this allows you to copy files etc straight to the driver letter it gets assigned..
