Aplication unlocking my danish SPV ? HELP !

I went to orange.com - spvunlocking site... And i did NOT worK....

So I called Orange in Denmark - they say quote : “no sorry, we wont do that”

Why NOT ? and How to go around Orange ?

As I said in my PM - you'll need to let Orange contact you about it. Maybe they'll only send Action Register on a person-to-person basis now.

The problem is that Orange DK seem to have been s**t at registering DK-market SPV's in connection with our SIM cards. Some seem to have got lucky, some don't. I'm not really sure what the problem is, to be honest. None of my mails to Orange DK concerning app-cert have been answered....
