where to download "ringtone tools"?

Anyone knows where to find the software in object which should basically allow you to set a custom ringtone for every contacts' category (i.e. business, personal, various...)?

This software is by DAT group. Currently this has only been released on a strictly limited basis to people who attended the Modaco event recently.

I hear that DAT group may be giving these tools to operators for distribution onto phones, but that is just a rumor.
