Unlocking my SPV

Allright guys, I need help here....

I´ve been trying to unlock my SPV by following the instructions og the web-page (click link below)

But one thing is bothering me.... And it would be nice to get some help here:

By choosing method 2 (phones that have been updatet) you get 22 items to do. BUT in item 17 you are told to put the phone in the cradle and paste the file back to the windows folder. MY PROBLEM IS, that my SPV never gets in contact with Windows or the ActiceSync program. Therefore I can´t paste the file back in the folder ! What am I doing wrong ???

Why not just do it ota (over the air) from the orange developers site? Much easier but ppl have complained about a cuple of problems apparently caused by this method

As I see it, this method doesnt apply to customers in Denmark. I filled out the form, but got the message that either my phone number og emei number was incorrect.
