i'll try and answer what i can, i sure others will help with the rest!

1) sorry no idea, who is your e-mail acc with?

2) no-idea what that is sorry!

3) use active sync: you can drag and drop cab files onto your phone with the explorer in active snc. to run them create a new directory in your phone in IPSM/wondows/start menu/ called to install (or something); copy the *.cab file in to there.

failing this some progs can be installed from your pc (these are usually *.exe files.

4) you have to use active sync again to drag and drop the files from windoes to your phone, if you want then you be your ringtone then you have to copy them to IPSM/application data/sounds

I think that should sort 3 and 4 anyway!!

Go to the in box, hit menu (right soft key) and select options.

Then select email set-up.

Hit next...

Insert yr server type (POP3 or IMAP), etc

On the next page enter the rest of your rmail details, making sure Network is set to 'The Internet'.

And just carry on until finished - When you reach the end you will get a msg saying that email is set up.

No, as for yahoo.co.uk, I'm not sure if they havve pop3 set up. Perhaps someone else here knows.

;)
