SIM UNLOCK?

I just bought a locked SPV from UK, but somebody told me that i must be into home network(orange-UK)to unlock it via the instructions that Webpage Title is giving.

Now im waiting to deliver it, u think i got to send it back to uk again?

As far as I can remember (without reading the link sorry)

you do need to have an Orange SIm in the phone.
