Guest muude Posted April 21, 2003 Report Posted April 21, 2003 I was wondering how many of you guys have actually gotten yourself the keyboard for our little toy... I know I certainly have!! Just vote and get it over with!!
Guest Will Posted April 21, 2003 Report Posted April 21, 2003 got one free.. kinda fun, but need a hard surface to type on.. Will
Guest fozzie Posted April 21, 2003 Report Posted April 21, 2003 Love it :) Shame I had to pay for one instead of winning one! Never mind, I'm sure Visual Studio will come in just as useful ;)
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted April 21, 2003 Report Posted April 21, 2003 I will get a keyboard, eventually... ;)
Guest Posted April 21, 2003 Report Posted April 21, 2003 Next on the list to buy, when I remember. Just discovered (well started to try it out) MSN Messenger, so the need for a keyboard is greater now.
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted April 21, 2003 Report Posted April 21, 2003 I will eventually get one, just don't know when :?
Guest ajb3000 Posted April 21, 2003 Report Posted April 21, 2003 I think they are rather expensive, espiecally considering it will only work with the SPV/x so when we all upgrade out phones in 6 months time or so it will be useless
Guest vijay555 Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 was thinking about this, and it suggests that spv 2 form may be similar to spvx
Guest jenneth Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 I've got one (also got it for free) but I haven't had much opportunity to use it. The few times I've tried it (when demoing my gadgets to anyone who'll listen), I found that it's not really good for touch typing, as you have to press the keys harder than you would on a normal keyboard in order for it to register. Still faster than using T9 though. Also, I'd be too embarrassed to use it in public. I may be a geek, but don't want everyone to know that! Only in the privacy of my own home, and maybe when surrounded by other geeks. 8)
Guest muude Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 I cant see how anyone can not like this keyboard.. I have spent the last hour surfing the net using my new keyboard.. This is such a kewl gadget.. I guess Im supposed to listen to wat my teacher is saying, but Greek litterature doesnt really catch my attention..

Have you tried changing the sensitivity to 'high'? I have and found touch typing to be fine.
Guest NickB&SPV Posted April 22, 2003 Report Posted April 22, 2003 I Have'nt got one, I don't think I would use it enough. ;)
