Copying Dlls and resources into RAM on startup

I've noticed that when I put my applications into /IPSM/Windows/ (or anywhere else in the IPSM store) it takes them more than twice as long to load as when I place them in volatile store (e.g. /Windows). This is presumably because items in /IPSM/ end up in Flash memory, which is relatively slow to read :) .

I guess that there must be some standard way to install files so that they reside in persistant storage (i.e. they don't disappear when the phone's turned off..) but are copied into faster RAM storage when the phone is switched on. Sadly, I've not worked out how this might be achieved...

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for reading..
