Movies encoded for 30 FPS

Do anyone have any movies (WMV9, AVI via DivX) that was encoded in 30 FPS?

I had some success with the MPEG files encoded to DIVX (Pocket MVP) on friday.

Please note I think Virtual Dub has its uses (the filters feature is brilliant!) but it is no match for Flask MPEG v6 (see if you can find it - when I do I'll post a link)

1 - Make sure video is in MPEG format (m2v and vobs were jumpy - dont know why)

2 - Use DIVx codex 5.02

3 - Use these settings - (Flask) 176x208, 24fps, set file name etc, (DIVx Codec) 45kbs and keep other default settings, (MP3 Codec) 16kbs 11025

For some reason you may be prompted to enter these settings twice (could be a flask program bug)

Also please note, these settings are not flawless but they provide very very smooth video playback for the first 2mins or so and then the playback becomes jumpy.

I am still looking into why this happens and feel that the pocket mvp software may need to be tweaked. But as I am not a software engineer I could be wrong, however I am still trying to tweak the settings.
