Best settings for Video on SPV?

Could anyone provide me with the best settings to use for video on the SPV and also which player to use with them?

Copy all the files in the zip archive to a folder on your SD card (or phone if you ~really~ have to). Create a shortcut in the start menu and you're sorted ;)
