Hi guys,

I have just bought an SPV from a work collegue (who also told me about this site). I unlocked it and I am now using my O2 SIM card.

The problem is that all his old Orange settings are still there, I eventually managed to get WAP working yesterday (I think), but now I need help with a couple of other things:

1.) I need to know what settings to put in to use MMS (if anyone can help me with this, please remember I need EVERY setting as there is already data in every setting, so if something needs to be blank, I need to know to delete what's there). I am also a member of nowmms, if you know how to put their settings in then that would be great, but at the moment I will settle for O2.

2.) I am wanting to use a dial up internet account for my email and to browse the web, I have a freeserve account, but am willing to use any free ones if anyone would recommend another.

3.) I don't think GPRS is set up correctly, any help with this would be much appreciated

I have MMS and GPRS enabled on my O2 account and it all worked perfectly fine on my T68i which I no longer have.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated

Maybe you should try the O2 homepage, or costumer service.

Maybe your topic could have been, I have a full set of O2 settings but still can't get it to work with my SPV.

Just as an aside, is your sim enabled for GPRS? ie:

On the icon bar on your SPV (where it has the signal strength etc) is there a big G in the middle of the bar when you are at the home screen?

Regardless of your settings the G will appear if your SIM is enabled and GPRS is available on your local cellsite. If the G is not there settings will MAKE NO DIFFERENCE, call O2 and get it switched on.

I don't have ALL the settings, like I said, that's what I need. maybe GPRS is set up wrong, maybe my WAPdialup is wrong, I just don't know until I can see every setting that I need

As I said in my original post, I have GPRS enabled, and yes, there is a 'G' in a white box on my top bar.
