Hiya all!

Firstly, is it possible to edit the contact details, for example, have two mobile entries instead of two home details.

Secondly what's the point of the catorgory section, how does this work?

Hi cybercamel,

I'm afraid the clever people @ MS didn't allow us to give someone more than one mobile number ;)

Not tried the categories myself. Anyone else?

Does seem a bit odd! Like many other basic things on this phone ;) Does anyone know anybody that has got a radio phone?

So, no chance of being able to edit it then?

I know, there are quite a few obvious bits of functionality that MS seemed to ignore!! Maybe there'll be more in SmartPhone 2003....

Still, can't complain when you can play games, watch movies, listen to music, use the net.... etc ;) :)

Categories are just another method of organising your contacts. Eg, add all your business contacts to "Business" catergory, and then Contacts > Menu > Filter > Business will show those contacts only.

cybercamel: what Radiophone are you talking about, and what are you wanting to edit?

Thanks for the info on catorgories, I get it now!

Basically, in the contact info, where you add all thier details there is an option to add a Radio phone number, plus numerous email addresses and different type of phone numbers. I don't know anyone who has a Radio phone, not even a 100% sure what it is! I do, however, know people who have more than one mobile phone number, so would it be possible to edit the header options so I could have mobile phone 1 and 2?

Ah.....sorted...it only reads in the category info if you add it to a contact and then sync that contact to the SPV...
