Grrrr Please Help

My phone SPV lost its picture on the screen ;) and all i can see is the bright light of the backlight. i rang orange and they are replacing it but I need to delete things on the phone and cant get into it to do that. Is there any way of doing this without being able to see anything.

Help appreciated.

Also when I get my new SPV i was thinking of Decerting it but if I was to have a problem again would this void the insurance and would O or M$ check. Say I couldnt hard reset could I get rid of it other ways.

Yes just do a Hard reset that'll clear everything, but why do you want to? :?

As Orange now provide decerting OTA how could it? then again even the old hack way didn't void any insurance etc ;)

Got my new SPV. Decerted it and have Doom, torch, Pacman, Notepad, and Micro Turismo and the all explorer & sms tools, Thanks for your help. Anything else that is a must have download for a decert SPV.
