Post OTA unlock - Activesync installs fail

Had the phone unlocked for a while and tried the OTA one too.

Phone is definitely unlocked - no problem at all installing cab files directly but when using Activesync it seems to work - i.e phone says installing but then quickly flashes back to the home screen - and lo and behold nothing is installed.

Tried rebooting - no help.

Check that IPSMApplication DataInstall is empty and IPSMWindowsAppMgrInstall only has folders for successfully installed software.

If that doesn't work try recreating the partnership (File > Delete partnership, in ActiveSync without the phone in the cradle)
