Some applications (including PocketTV) run perfectly well when installed in

RAM or on a Storage Card, but behave completely erratically when installed in the internal Flash storage file system (IPSM or the smartphone, or "File Store" on some Pocket PCs).

MS confirmed that this was caused by a bug in the IPSM file-system that is using some code from Intel. They have no fix for it at that time.
